Why You Should Drink Lots Of Water?

Approximately 80% of the human body consists of water. In fact there are parts of our body organs that have a moisture content above 80%. Two of these components is the brain and blood. The brain contains a component of the water as much as 90%, while blood contains components of the water as much as 95%.

Ration of normal humans to drink at least 2 liters a day is equivalent to 8 glasses of large size medium. The number above should be added if you belong to a group of smokers. That much water is needed to replace fluids lost from our body through urine, perspiration, respiration, and secretion.

What happens if we consume less than 2 liters a day? Of course your body will adjust. You do this by "sucking" water from the component and the body's own organs. The nearest source of blood is aspirated.

Suction blood in the water content will be thick. As a result of this blood coagulation, the journey will be less smooth than the blood that contains enough water. As it passes through the kidneys, these organs will work extra hard to filter blood. Because the filter (glomerulus) of the kidney is very smooth, no blood is thick it often tore this glomerulus. When this viscous blood flow through the brain, the journey becomes obstructed. Now you can choose, do the "investment" by consuming at least 2 liters of water per day, or later "pay interest" by kidney failure or stroke. Which do you choose?
