Asthma is a respiratory condition that is narrowed because of hyperactivity to certain stimuli, which cause inflammation; constriction is temporary. But it is still there as the air pressure in the chest cavity, and then I try to drink a cup of coffee again and tightness in the chest that is also missing! This experience shows that in fact the coffee is very effective to cure my breathlessness.
My experiment is certainly dangerous experiments are not so alone I recommend to people with other breathing difficulties. Analysis shows that food tempe highest amino acid content in tempeh is the highest fatty acid arginine and is linoleic acid. Tempe is also rich in isoflavones and relative levels can be maintained if the tempeh mixed with steaming (not frying).
Statistical test results showed that administration of 160 grams tempeh every day for four weeks can improve lipid profiles in decreased levels of total cholesterol, LDL-C (bad cholesterol), and triglycerides. tempeh may also increase the activity of the antioxidant enzymes SOD and MDA and decrease LDL oxidation. Binatang Lalat Bagi Kehidupan Manusia

Binatang Lalat bermanfaat bagi dunia kesehatan, yaitu untuk terapi penyakit menggunakan larva dari lalat yang biasa disebut dengan "Maggot Therapy". Maggot Therapy atau yang biasa disebut dengan larva therapy adalah salah satu cara pengobatan alternatif untuk mengobati luka borok atau korengan yang menahun. Bagaimana cara kerja sehingga larva lalat ini bisa dijadikan bahan untuk therapy? Ketika larva tersebut sibuk menggerogoti luka ia juga sekaligus beraksi untuk membersihkan kulit mati dan daerah-daerah yang terinfeksi, membunuh bakteri yang ada dan merangsang penyembuhan atau penutupan luka.
Sekelompok peneliti dari Universitas Alicante Spanyol, mengadakan penelitian yang membuktikan larva lalat dapat mengurai tinja atau kotoran dari hewan dan Manusia. Artinya larva dari lalat ini dapat dimanfaatkan mengurangi jumlah limbah biologis dimuka bumi ini. Lalat juga dapat mengurai jasad yang telah mati sehingga mudah menyatu dengan tanah.
Larva lalat dapat dijadikan sumber pangan alternatif. Jenis larva lalat yang bisa dijadikan sumber pangan alternatif adalah dari jenis lalat tentara yang besar. Larva dari lalat tentara ini mengandung protein mencapai 50 % dan lemak sebesar 25 % dari keseluruhan tubuhnya. Larva dari lalat tentara ini sering dijadikan sebagai pakan untuk ikan.
Lalat memiliki gen yang bernama gen "refilin" yang memiliki dua fungsi yaitu:
- Fungsi untuk Industri: Gen refilin ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh industri sebagai pengganti karet yang biasa didapatkan dari getah karet atau yang lain. Gen ini lebih kuat dan memiliki daya elastisitas yang lebih tinggi dari semua jenis karet yang ada didunia, gen ini memiliki daya dorong dan daya tekan yang sangat kuat. Fungsi yang luar biasa ini ada pada seekor lalat yang dapat menggetarkan sayapnya sampai 1000 kali dalam setiap detiknya.
- Fungsi Untuk Kesehatan: Gen refilin adalah salah satu gen yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada dunia kesehatan karena dapat mengobati penyakit-penyakit yang pada syaraf-syaraf Arteri dan syaraf-syaraf Meina. Pada syaraf arteri yang banyak terjadi penyumbatan, gen-gen refilin yang ada pada sayap seekor lalat dapat mengobati penyumbatan tersebut.
Manfaat Cacing Tanah Untuk Kesehatan
